I can't tell if this article was satire or not but I don't agree that anyone should have a dog in a condo or apartment. I went for YEARS not owning a dog because my contracts of leasing stated that I could not have one. I had a cat, instead. I now have a detached home and, finally, I have Teddy. No one is entitled to a dog but everyone should be entitled to some peace.
A ban, though, is ridiculous. Maybe suggest some training courses or something until leases can be reworded etc. |
