 How cold is too cold?
I bundle Moxie up in a sweater, a light coat, and a heavy coat but it is freezing and windy and too dirty/ muddy for leg warmers so her back legs and some of her underside and face are exposed. It is freezing and windy in NYC. How cold is too cold? |
