Thanks for the reply. I'm in the uk so that might be why you don't recognise the meds. One is to ease the irritation and the other is preventative. I do all the other stuff regularly and have recently moved home but had all furniture steam cleaned including my mattress. Jack seems to attract the horrible little beasts
