I have always gave Poppy kibble, Royal Canin Junior Mini and the Yorkie Puppy one mixed. She recently decided to stop eating it and we went 2 days with no food at all. At which point I freaked and got wet food to drizzle over the top. She now gets kibble at breakfast and lunch and she picks at it. At dinner she gets her half cup kibble (sometimes slightly more) and I take a spoonfull of the wet food put a bit of water in and really mix it through.
She scoffs the lot!!
I have started putting the wet food in her kong too, means she gets about 2 meals a day as opposed to none! The vet has said with what is in the Royal Canin that is enough!! |
