I read the books because, for my whole life, I have shunned anything that was a fad which includes new release movies and books. This is not because I am a social rebel but because I have been disappointed so many times with all the hype which surrounds something new.
ALSO, I had very little to discuss with my insurance co-workers as I studied neuroscience and they were dealing with young kids and insurance stuff .. ya know, like they were paid for..lol!
SO, I thought reading these books might make me seem less aloof because I'd have some sort of common ground to build rapport with..
WELL, the books were disappointing to say the least. I am not into romance stuff, anyway, but the phraseology used, the cliché plot - all of it was not for me. Therefore, I will be giving this movie a miss!!!!!! I might have made an exception if the lead was played by someone amazing like Liam Hemsworth, but alas...! |
