It is time to admit & support him with fluids, stronger nausea meds, get his nausea/vomiting under control and calm down his ongoing gastroenteritis with stronger drugs he can be given IH and get him comfortable, under less stress from chronic suffering. Further testing is needed to see if something else is going on with him causing this gastroenteritis though gastroenteritis is a hard bugger to defeat sometimes, especially if treatment is a little inadequate in any part of the protocol.
Little Couver has been a little trooper through all of this and I'm praying he'll get well ASAP once they get him IH. And while he's IH, maybe you can get some much-needed rest since you are likely a wreck by now, too. I'm praying for both of you but especially little Couver.
