Your little girl is cute as can be. Congrats on a very cute yorkie.

I have had 3 yorkies in the last 11 years. I currently have 2, one is about 9 yrs old and the othe is about 1 yr old. Last April my best yorkie friend passed away. He was 2.5 lbs at 10 yrs old so I have some experience with small dogs. The main thing I focused on with him was that he ate 2 or 3 times per day. Being that small he did not eat much, but I made sure he ate. I gave him dog food both dry and moist, but, when did not eat that sometimes, I resorted to anything he would take as advised by a vet. My go to for him was cheese, his favorite. However, chicken and rice worked well too.

With all my dogs, they do not go outside, unless I take them out on a leash. Being small dogs, many things outside can be a danger. I guess I am a bit protective of my buddies.
And in the house we do the "yorkie shuffle" so we don't accidentally step on small paws.

I hope this helps.
