Poor Couver - sounds like it's time for some testing to find out what is going on. I'll be praying the vet can get to the bottom of this and set him on the path to recovery. This sounds like Tibbe after he got to be 3 1/2 - 4 years old - had that nausea, spitting up bile, loud bowel sounds, eventual loose stools/diarrhea, etc., and we had almost a year of problems with this every so often until Crystal(EllieMay) suggested that even though his routine liver studies were all normal, and even a CPL snap test, a bile acids test should be done. It was and was abnormal and further testing suggested he likely had MVD, a dysfunctional liver, and he was begun on a special diet, one that keeps his GI system feeling fine except for 3 or so bouts of trouble a year when he accidentally eats something he shouldn't off the floor or outside that he shouldn't. I'll be praying it's something easily helped and that little Couver is better very soon.
