I will split that adoption fee with you.....we have to help this senior that is lost and confused and desperately needs someone that will just love him and care for him for what time he has left....You let me know what information you find out about adoption fee.....if I could take this baby I would do it in a heartbeat....he is so close to the finish line in his race....
