Glad to read this thread, in NY you must have the vac to go to groomer or board.
Since I have been advised by breeder and my cousin a breeder in MI not to get vacs that are not CORE, I have listened.
Since I board larger dogs in my apartment, I make sure they have all their vacs and get BB groomed at home.
