I asked her this morning during our weekly call and she told me she uses a the Food Grinder pack that was purchased directly from Kitchen Aid, the reason she uses the one for Kitchen Aid is because it has an attachment for stuffing sausage.
She also said to tell you that if you have an curious imagination in the kitchen you can use this attachment for a lot things like homemade chutney, relish and salsa (just an example). I explained to her that from what I see on your post you do not seem to be avoid new things and probably would appreciate the suggestions.
She did warn that if you live in area that colder you might want to make sure your attachments stay in a control climate, they are plastic but she wanted to me to let you know the blades are metal and can be removed and washed (I never thought of that).
Now here is the really exciting part, she told me next time I visit she is going to make some Chicken, Spinach and Feta Cheese sausage. This excites me, it sounds good now she just needs to figure out the recipe. I wish I was more of into experimenting in the kitchen, I am not at all I can cook but I need to follow a recipe.
