It looks like your morkie might have food aggression issues. He/She seems to be reacting to your husbands foot that is hovering near the food bowl. Your morkies butt is tucked under which is a defensive position. He keeps turning and looking to see if the"foot is getting any closer and then reacts when the ottoman comes into the food area. Do you have a separate area to place the food bowl where your morkie will feel less threatened. I would consult with an animal behaviorist over a general trainer. Behaviorists understand what triggers these aggressive behaviors better and could give you ideas to lessen the stress/anxiety that your dog is feeling.
