Buy a puppy before their eyes are open
. Absolutely NOOOO. Puppies eyes open between 2 to 4 weeks old, they are still nursing from the momma, they are not walking if eyes are still closed. To answer your question. NEVER get a puppy that eyes have not opened. I am sure others will come along to give medical reasons why NEVER get a puppy that their eyes are not open.
