I love love love this fabric when I saw it today so I made chloe this new harness dress. I think she looks like a vintage beach babe with it on and it is by far my favorite dress that I made her! It may be winter is some place but I think Chloe looks HOT today!!! (p.s. its like in the 70's here today so I dont think its really winter anymore
