As for being trained, both my dogs are house broken (well mostly, there is still a very occasional accident,but they are just that).They are house broken to my house if we go to someone's else's house, that is not their house that is outside to them and they must be carefully watched. So, the dog may have been house broken where they are and you need to start over and be patient.

Also, I agree, get her to the vet and get her checked out btw is she spayed? If not she may be getting ready to go into heat, so please get her checked.
