Teddy is the same age and has started marking and we have found an accident upstairs (his pee pads are downstairs) so we've started to crate him at night in our bedroom. This has the added benefit of him not feeling like he has to patrol and guard since he was barking all night, too.


If he's peeing in your room in the day, I'd suggest not letting him have free access to your room. Maybe have something downstairs for him in the day or ask him when he needs to go so you can take him.


I can't think of any other way around it at the minute. If I do, I'll come back!
