Most outdoor parking lots have plugins. It is included in the cost of monthly parking. There are also a lot that do not. Its really just a regular plug stuck thru the grill of a vehicle and the cord runs into a small heater installed in the block of the engine to keep the oil warm. We even have little blankies to go around the battery that plug in to keep warm. Its funny when we travel to warmer climates, no one has ever heard of block heaters lol. |
