I know for a fact she hasn't shared this x-rays with a specialist, as she wants to see Loki on Sunday before sending me there. At that time, I was going to get his file, and then x-ray on disk.
She said by viewing the 3 photos, its her professional opinion that its not his knee, or hips. However she then turned around and felt him and indicated "now i feel his right knee pop, and has never done that before"- please keep in mind his back left feet is what his favoring.
I know she checked all of his pad, nail, and even his leg. At first she said the pain was on is hip, and now shes saying his right leg.. I am so confused. I think she is as confused with me. But shes did eliminate Lyme disease, and did take good shots of xray. She did give him two types of meds.. One vidcion for dogs, and then rimadyl.
Thanks for all of your great great questions. I am surely going to ask.
You guys are so awesome. |
All great the xrays on disc must mean they are digital. Although she could forward to the specialist via email... but anyhoo that is just noise - not important .
I suspect you might be right in that she the vet is confused. But she is doing what is professionally right referring you onto a specialist.
I commend you for wanting to get to the bottom of this problem. I told you I left my comments at the hip joint. But there are other conditions originating from the spine that could create left limb limping/weakness etc.
But for now let us not go into that, and you go see that specialist and see what they say.
