I don't know where you got your information.....I am Canadian, we do have inspections far more rigorous than the U.S. IMO....there ARE numbers to call if there is something wrong with the food. However I had no idea Origen had been sold....and Acana is the same company....I give mine NOW....they do wonderfully on it
