Wow! This is SO scary!!!! I cant believe things like this are happening!!!! You think humane societies would be on OUR side, and would want to do anything possible to get the dog back to its true owners. I am really shocked!
Im so sorry this happened. I couldnt even imagine what you went through. If it was me, Id be filing a lawsuit and would fight every day to get my baby back.
And this is another reason why I highly recommend microchipping all pets!
