Did you happen to get him before 12 weeks? Puppies who don't stay with there moms until 12 weeks can miss out on there mom and siblings teaching them not to bite. When mine was a puppy the only thing that worked was a squirt bottle so when she would bite I would say no and squirt her. Bully sticks are bulls penis since she has her baby teeth it's probably not an issue but they will break adult teeth, mine broke one of hers on them. I also would stay away from rawhide it is not digestible and swells in the stomach which can cause blockages and most are treated with toxic chemicals.
