London was just turning a year old, Brighton was 14 months, and Chanel was 15 months when they had their first heats. Can be as early as 6 months but all my girls have gone much later. You should notice a lot of swelling in her vulva...you can wipe with a tissue to see if any pink or red blood is present...sometimes you won't see much though. I notice swelling first...a little swelling and light pink in the center of the vulva...they then start to swell up a lot and usually show some blood in the next few days after I first notice signs.
