The good news...ended up with the Shark Navigator.
The bad news...the first time using it, it sucked up the cord and almost destroyed it. 20 mins old and it already has duct tape on it
I like everything about it, but the cord holder that is supposed to hold the cord up near the handle is worthless. After almost destroying the cord, I had to wrap a hair tie around the handle and cord to keep it up and out of the way.
It sucks, in a good way. I cant believe what it pulled out of my "clean" rugs.
