I recently purchased a hoover cordless. I got tired of lugging around our dyson (first model) up/down the stairs and having to plug/unplug to get around different parts. So I wanted a lightweight, cordless vacuum that wouldn't burn a big hole in my pocket.

Home Depot was actually having a sale so I got it at $199. I got it earlier this week and vacuumed the big area rug in the living room and entire upstairs carpet. So far, I have to say I'm very happy with the purchase.
