Okay, I have recently went through this so maybe I can offer you some help.
Chloe randomly started vomiting last week and it was the middle of the night when my vet was closed so I called an emergency vet hospital. Their instructions were to give her 1/4 tablet of Pepcid AC for her body weight of 3 pounds. I followed these instructions and her vomiting stopped immediately, she didn't vomit again afterwards. The next day though, she got diarrhea. My vet told me it is okay to feed rice with boiled chicken or potato and boiled chicken. I personally can't starve Chloe, I feel extremely guilty. She didn't want to eat but when she did, I gave her small amounts. She also gave me Flagyl and her diarrhea went away right after the first dose. I continued giving her Benebac probiotic for the next couple days and now everything is okay. I hope your baby feels better soon.
