I'm so sorry for your loss.
I lost my 15 year old Yorkie, Bear, 3 months ago and Haley, one of my other Yorkie's, definitely grieved for him. They were together for 13 years. She's doing much better now though. Give your girl some extra attention. It will be good for both of you.
