Default how are we doing? advice? suggestions?

At 18 weeks, Bruiser is 3.05 lbs. He gets a scoop (1/3) of Wellness Puppy a day. He rarely eats it all. Still not potty trained, but far as I can tell, not having accidents on carpets. Seems like he holds his pee and waits to go out, but will poop absolutely anywhere.

I'm clueless on training. I bought these little treats called train-me that he loves. I don't know if be understands " sit " or just sits to get his treat but that is where we have started.

He goes with us nearly every where when we aren't going to work. But ever since the last vet visit, doesn't care much for riding and shakes the whole time. It breaks my heart.

It's getting cold out, so we haven't ventured the dog park yet; but I worry about his affinity for poop. If it came out of a butt, he will eat it if I don't catch him first.

He's a rambunctious puppy, that's nervous when I'm out of eye shot when we are at my parents home or anywhere other than home. I don't know how to ease this anxiety.

Accepting perspective and or suggestions. Tks!
