You need to be concerned about what happens if another pup comes along, perhaps a very large one, and she ends up with huge puppies.
If she gets pregnant and needs a c-section, you are looking at another major surgery cost not to mention the fact that she could die if things go really bad.
You really need to listen and learn here! BEFORE you have a disaster.
