She's not TIED up outside. You making it sound like she's tied to a tree my gosh. I love my babies. She's on a long leash playing in the yard with her brother dog. She can walk the entire perimeter of the yard. I can watch through my window every few minutes. I normally don't leave her harness on her. But when I'm not home and my sons let them out, they leave it on.
But if this one fails, I will try the buddy belt. Thx
