Default Cushing's Disease?? :(

Hi everyone, I was hoping that someone can help me with an issue my yorkie is having. A couple of months ago, I noticed a hard little bump on his back right above his back legs...it doesn't seem to hurt him or bother him at all so I didn't think anything of it. Then I noticed a really dry spot on his stomach which I thought may be due to the fact that it is now winter here.

After a few weeks, I noticed that the spot was getting darker and also, more spots were starting to show up and they're all really dry. He KEEPS licking it...I try to stop him whenever I see him but I'm not with him every second of every day so he probably still does it. Now the spots are pretty much black...I have been trying to research this nonstop because my vet is out of town. At first I thought it was hot spots and I bought a medicated shampoo online (AmazonAmazon )

I've only used it twice but it hasn't seemed to make any difference yet. So I kept researching and I think it may be Cushing's Disease I was wondering if anyone knows any natural cures for this because I don't like forcing him to take a bunch of drugs with chemicals I can't even pronounce. I found this online, has anyone heard of it? http://www.petwellbeing.com/products...glands#reviews

It said that Cushing's Disease usually starts around 6 years old and up and he just turned 6 last month. I will attach a picture of his stomach to show the spots I'm talking about...I'm hoping some of you really knowledgable yorkie owners can help me out!!!
