I know hypoglycemia is a big issue with small dogs and I'm curious if it would be crazy for me to check my dogs blood sugar? I'm diabetic so I definitely have a spare blood meter lying around somewhere and I'm curious if dogs maintain a similar blood sugar level to humans or if they're different (higher/lower?)
