I looked at my machine....it is the Pro 600 with a 6 qt stainless steel bowl....it has a 575 watt motor.....I was like Scarlet O'Hara...."As God is my witness, I will never again break every electric mixer in my house in the middle of baking season!!! I want the biggest thing you have in a stand mixer!!!" They had one more that was more powerful, but it was almost $600.00 and I was not going to spend that on a mixer! |
