The breeder, Firebrand Yorkies, did not honor their guarantee and instead laid blame on the customer. Honestly, that's bad business for the breeder no matter how many good pups the breeder has sold in the past. You're only as good as your last pup! If you happen to be the breeder, do the right thing and honor your agreement with your customer. If you only know the breeder in some way, let them know, they need to do the right thing. If Firebrand Yorkies had been an honest retailer, they would have treated their customer with the "humanity and compassion that we are all born with." Obviously, Firebrand Yorkies is "reducing themselves to a faint percentage" of that.
