I agree with Dyan...it's most effective to just wash and comb the face daily. Poor Tyson has terrible "runny" eyes. We switched to bottled nursery water about a year ago. This has helped some but...I guess he's just prone to "runny" eyes. So just keeping him cleaned up and not letting it get hard and crusty is my best advice.
