I LOVE the full coat, but HATE the maintenance lol, and I LOVE to mush up my babies, can't do that with full coat unless you want to constantly be brushing. Years back I kept two in full coat, but, I had a family member that use to groom them. My past girl was kept semi full coat, her hair was very fine and never matted up. My Cody I keep in a puppy cut, I can mush him up all day, or, when he allows me to lol. Yep, I agree, it's a matter of preference.
