Hmmm...my parents have a beagle that has a sensitive GI tract. She does really well on the Natural Balance limited ingredient kibbles. Not as high in fat/protein as other foods we've fed and it also comes in a small bites version. You also might look at Hill's Ideal Balance. The formulas seem pea/potato heavy (like the NB) but are more limited in ingredients as I recall and are also well-tolerated and eaten with gusto by our beagle.
