Some stores only keep those tapes 24 hours - a week.......I would contact them and see if they are going to have that tape available....some go in a loop and just recorde over the previous 24 hours....I would explane to the manager what happened and that the woman was very aggressive towards you and your insurance company may want that tape to prove fault. See how long they keep their tapes.
