 food vs fur on yorkie poo
Hi all I'm new to this. I have a 4 1/2 month old Black Yorkie Poo. I had been feeding him pedigree puppy food since he has been able to eat dry food his hair is really fragile looking. I have now weaned him over to Science Diet. I seen another dog from his litter last week and the hair on this little guy looked fantastic and he had been on Science Diet. Does food make a difference in hair? I'm thinking the pedigree didn't give him any nutrition. He's been to the vet and is healthy, his hair just looks dull and like he's going bald and the other dog has beautiful shiny hair. I could not find anything on this. He is also skinnier then the other pup(s) from this litter. I know they won't look identical as they get older but the one that I seen looked identical to him about a month ago now mine doesn't really look like he's from the same litter. |
