I know there are dozens of threads here about it but when I search Pancreatitis only a few come up, so I guess it has been spelled wrong a lot

What you are describing does sound familiar to me from being on YT. Stay in close contact with your vet, keep an eye on your pup.

Here is a link that Ladyjane had posted a couple years ago that I think is very helpful. I am sure others with experience will come along and comment.
