I did a blood panel. I have since learned it is not as good an indicator on food allergies as it is on environmental allergies. I am going to try the Jean Dodds saliva test once his issues have calmed down a bit because some of his borderline positive results may be as a result from his being in a heightened allergic state when we did the blood tests. I was a bit upset that they combined the fish all together as fix mix, they did split out Salmon and combined all berries as berry mix. I had to quit giving him his fish oil for his skin and so many good foods have blueberries or cranberries as an antioxidant. I wish they would have split them out since I paid for over $500 for the two panels I would have thought they would.
