I am so glad he arrived safely. Sorry to hear he has congestion. Do you think maybe it was cold in the plane?
It's my understanding that Continental, and American have counter to counter delivery with heated and air conditioned compartments for shipping animals. Not sure about other airline procedures. I just had Juice shipped through American and we had a good experience. Seems we were lucky.
