Poor little Chihuahua, poor owners, I think the owners should be told, IMHO I think it is better they know about thier dog, rather then them keeping their hopes up. As much as I would be devastated to find that my dog was killed by another dog, I would be at peace knowing he was not staving someplace or being abused. So very tragic. I am happy to know animal control is a ne kill, I hope these dogs find a loving, caring family.
