Gemy, quarantine is NoT an option for this pup, I have a migraine and I'm on my phone, but trust me she can't get an exemption. Need to wait for rabies etc...also OP ANY fudging by the breeder of paperwork etc...not saying she would...but cld put your pup in s real clusternut of a mess...very dangerous...
