I always tip my groomer and he is the owner. Just because someone owns the business does not mean everything goes to him/her, there's a lot of expenses, ie. supplies, equipment, insurance, taxes, license fees. I'm a hairstylist and independent contractor and most of us in the service industry do live on tips. |
