That carrier looks mean and uncomfortable...
I got a really nice one at Fifi and Romeo in Los Angeles. They'll custom make them for you in any fabric you want... They're kinda expensive ($650-$1K) but are especially made for your doggie and are very functional and comfortable. I believe they have a website:
