Maybe what the vet sees as "constipation" is actually an obstruction. I would have this baby re-rayed and compare the two films to see if the "constipation" blockage is getting any better...has it moved at all? I have never had a dog constipatede, so I just can not imagine this much distress for this length of time, with still minimal pooing! I am concerned about an obstruction.....poor baby, it breaks your heart to see them this miserable! I will advise you NOT to get caught in the weekend without getting this baby seen again....if you end up in an ER in the middle of the night, it will cost Big Bucks...
