I have never heard of a hero who complains as much as she does about everything. If I had just come from a very poor country after helping care for sick and dying patients, I am pretty sure that I would not complain about the rigors of travel.
Her diplomatic and public relations skills are terrible. Sandy, like you, I worry that she is endangering herself with unlikeability and courting the media circus.
I also wonder if she has read the CDC's own website about federal and state government legal authorities and police power for quarantine and isolation. I linked the pages above. |
I think she's setting such a horrible example. Others are going to follow her "heroic" efforts. I'd be much more impressed, if she even though she didn't think it was necessary, quarantined herself. It just seems like we have so much to learn about this disease, why take the risk? Is that bike ride really worth it?
