This defiant, arrogant, woman threw a fit when she was in NJ, and for whatever reason, Cuomo and Christy caved and let her have her hissy-fit way. They put her trouble causing butt on a plane and passed her off to her home state to deal with.....like wise, the powers that be in Maine, mandated that she WILL be required to complete her 21 days of quarantine......and since her first fit was so productive, she essentially, did the same thing in Maine, and then went for her bike ride today,essentially throwing her middle finger to the State of Maine and the people in her area. This woman has no concern for anyone but herself.
So now, every "hero", except for our military men and women, will throw a fit, lawyer up, and remind the rest of the citizens in this country that THE HEROS know it all, and they have no intention of following any silly rules or mandates any Health Dpartment conjures up to protect the citizens of that city/state. The people in that town she is from are terrified, whether valid or not, their fear is reality to them. She could have easily just "decompressed" herself, lounging around the house, reading, watching tv, for a lousy 21 days...but that wouldnt have given her that 15 minutes of fame she so craves now.
Such unprofessional behavior....especially when these are the "heros" that we expect to go the extra mile to care for the ill, ease the fears of the populace.....not to mention the lies told when they were trusted to self monitor and then turned up infected.....not such a hero for any of the people the doctor exposed to the possibility of getting the disease. Clearly, their major concern is cpnfronting ebola in Africa. THAT is where they should be quarantined for the 21 days before they are allowed to return to the states, in light of the fact that we in this country are of no concern to these people. |
