I'm not sure if you were asking me? The diets from PetDiets include a suggestion to cook the meat for safety and digestability but I'm pretty sure that you can use raw meat if you want. I think asking this question should be asked directly to petdiets (or Balance It). I cook all my meats for my dogs.
