To get a truly accurate test result, you'd want to go to a Vet Dermatologist.

It will not be cheap, but if your dog is really suffering and the allergies are affecting his quality of life, a Vet Derm is worth it.
And btw, allergy testing isn't right for every patient. If you wanted to, you could first try things like Atopica, Apoquel, Temaril-P, OTC's etcetera.
